         <title>Get your property in top shape</title>
         <description><![CDATA[We all want the same thing...selling or not.  We want everything done all at once.  If you've recently decided to sell, or are a homeowner who wants to "clean out" your house, you can probable attest to the fact that once you get going it's like "Pandora's Box".  You clean out one closet and realize how disorganized another is.  You may wash 2 windows, and they make the rest look pathetically dirty.  You may scrub the tile in one section of the shower, only to make the rest of the bathroom look worse.  And, on top of that, it seems endless doesn't it?  It's frustrating, exhausting and often too big for one family not only to manage, but complete in a timely fashion.  If you're selling you need get on the market as quickly as possible.  If you're not, you probably have a deadline that motivates you: a party, wedding, graduation, family gathering, etc.

<font color="red">If you're selling</font>, you want top dollar, and a sale in the shortest amount time.  Presenting a property for market in near perfect condition no longs puts you at the head of the pack; it's what is expected from buyers.  It was said a few years ago, that for every week you wait, your property increases by $1000.  Recently, a Realtor was heard saying "for every week you wait in this market you LOSE $10,000."  So, sellers need to get ready, just as quickly as possible. 

<font color="red">If you're staying</font>, you want a house you can be proud of.  Isn't it so true that the second you have people over, you see the finger prints on the wall, the dirty chandelier, the moldy caulking in the bathroom.  Doesn't it always seem that when are having company, family or friends, something nasty rears it's ugly head?  You may all of the sudden look up and see the cobwebs in your kitchen? We supply labor and specialty trades to help home owners improve the physical condition of their property, we dispatch stagers to help with the aesthetic presentation of a home and we offer marketing packages (virtual tours) for home owners and Realtors.  

We provide the following services to builders:

<font color="red">Action Strategy Consultation</font> which includes on-site analysis, strategy formation and implementation estimates for the client.  We work with the client to educate them on what needs to be done in the home, what makes a home attractive to the masses and how to sell property in this new market.  We provide the builder with a quick synopsis of the property for their consideration.

<font color="red">Labor</font> to tackle projects such as tile repair, steam cleaning, deep cleaning, hauling, landscaping, painting and staging.  Often homeowners don't know where to turn or who to trust to get these things completed.

<font color="red">Marketing Materials</font> for builders for their quick delivery properties, we can even upload the tours to Realtor.com and provide small builders with agents who will list homes in MRIS.

<font color="red">Project Packages</font> for builders to offer to clients as incentives.  We can custom build a program for you.          <title>South Riding Townhouse Project</title>

It was nice, but lacked the pop it needed to stand out from the rest.  The homeowner and builder were both concerned because this client's new home was about ready for delivery.  We performed a deep clean, staged it and produced virtual tours.  They got a contract and were able to take delivery of their new home within 3 week of our service.  The homeowner sent us a thank you note and referred to our work as "magic".  It may or may not be magic, but it works!

         <title>Gainesville Project</title>

When we contacted the homeowner, he told us that they had one interested couple; the husband loved it, but the wife did not.  After visiting the property on the Internet, it was clear why.  The home lacked warmth.  We brought in furnishings to give the home personality, performed handyman services, did some difficult cleaning, and re-shot all of the marking materials,  They ratified a contract within 2 weeks after 'WePrep(ped)' the property.
